Summary: The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice rooms are clean BUT only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare. Also the parking garage horrible! The spaces are so small marked for three but fitting three is a very very very tight squeeze where you can’t even open doors. Parking stops at 5th level if there were more levels the nightmare might not exist. Damaged my car so bad.

Summary: Pool completely out of commision, and filled with algae....internet service sketchy at best... and they charge 20 bucks a night for crappy parking...in El Paso.

Summary: Headed home from San Diego so we stopped in El.paso for a lay over. Hotel was nice just the carpet had a lot of stains and had a mild weird scent in the room.

Summary: Carlos your Friday night front desk clerk and your maintenance weekend service gentleman were the best. They did everything to make us and our grandkids trip the best. Staff like both of them are hard to find and give a wonderful impression of your hotel. These two went out of there way to find a little dessert for our grandkids we couldn't thank them enough. Staff like both of them will have us coming back
